Responsibilities

<li>Own QA activities during sprint planning and execution.</li>

<li>Prepare and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.</li>
</ul>

<li>Perform first-level analysis for production bugs and drive resolution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Own and execute deployments and release activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement and maintain test automation using modern no-code tools (e.g., BugBug.io).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Run quality forums to track metrics (bug count, defect leakage, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct RCA forums, track action items, and ensure preventive measures.</li>
</ul>

Requirements

<ul>
<li>2–5 years of QA experience in IT services or product development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of QA processes, test planning, and defect management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure to release management and deployment cycles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.</li>
</ul>

Good to Have

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Github Actions etc).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in mentoring junior QA team members.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li>
