Responsibilities

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Own and execute deployments and release activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Implement and maintain test automation using modern no-code tools (e.g., BugBug.io).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Run quality forums to track metrics (bug count, defect leakage, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Conduct RCA forums, track action items, and ensure preventive measures.</li>
</ul>

<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">Requirements</h3>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">2–5 years of QA experience in IT services or product development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Strong understanding of QA processes, test planning, and defect management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Exposure to release management and deployment cycles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.</li>
</ul>

<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">Good to Have</h3>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Github Actions etc).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Experience in mentoring junior QA team members.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. </li>
