Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale and rooftop solar EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee project planning, resource allocation, site execution, and risk management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and site teams to resolve operational challenges.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor project progress, implement corrective actions, and prepare periodic MIS/reports for management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) and statutory requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to drive project success</li>
</ul>

Job Requirement

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven track record in handling large-scale Solar EPC projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with project management tools and processes. </li>
</ul>
