Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Design and optimize production line layouts, material flow, and workstation balancing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support New Product Introduction activities by defining line setup, takt time, and equipment needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain time studies, standard work, and process documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead and support process improvements through Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Define and implement PFMEA, Control Plans, and Line balancing for all SKUs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams for Design for Manufacturing and continuous improvements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Evaluate and deploy automation and fixture solutions in coordination with product and test engineering.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support cost reduction initiatives through waste elimination and productivity improvement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and ESD protocols.</li>
</ul>

Job Requirement

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, or related discipline</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in an EMS setup or OEM manufacturing of electronics in a multi-product assembly line setup.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of PCBA assembly, box build, FATP (Final Assembly Testing &amp; Packaging) processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with industrial electronics, Telecom, Smartphones, Personal computing is preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Line balancing software, and IE tools (Time study, MOST, MTM).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and capacity planning tools. </li>
</ul>
