Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Liaise with internal HR/Finance teams to capture all payroll-impacting changes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Validate data inputs from HRIS, time tracking, benefits, and variable inputs (Allowances, bonuses, commissions, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must verify that all Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP) entries are correctly calculated and disbursed within the stipulated timeline.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process monthly salary and Bimonthly Full and Final settlements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Timely submission of reports to Finance &amp; Accounts and audit support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop, document, and continuously improve payroll management. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee the vendor's payroll &amp; compliance QRMS ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution &amp; quality responses within the agreed turnaround time (TAT). </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement internal controls and mitigate risks related to payroll and compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify gaps, educate and make improvements for smooth functioning.</li>
</ul>

<li>Communication: Explain salaries, FBPs, taxes, deductions and changes in a way that employees easily understand, reduce confusion, stress and help feel employees supported.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaboration: Ensure seamless data flow and correspondence between the payroll function, accounting teams, and external vendors to maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Quality driven mindset: Carefully verify all calculations and employee salary details to ensure accuracy, safeguarding employees’ earnings and maintaining the company’s reputation.</li>
</ul>

<li>Problem solving skills: Confidently address issues like pay discrepancies, tax changes, software glitches and occasional delays in personal actions by quickly assessing situations and implementing effective solutions. Experience and Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor of commerce or BBA (Finance &amp; Accounting Focus)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>10 yrs of relevant experience in Payroll and related roles catering to India, UAE &amp; USA</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excel (advanced level, including pivot tables, formulas)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience administering payroll for 1500+ employees across multiple entities.</li>
</ul>
