Key responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct and manage ethics compliance matters and manage investigations. Improve processes for managing ethics complaints and implementation of recommendations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Supervise Hotline Management, Case Management and provide status updates, tracking, and coordination of all projects and incidents, including escalation notifications to ethics management committee</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct and oversee risk and leverage external and internal partners for timely threat and risk evaluations and response from KYCAML compliance perspective</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders in the design and development of physical and digital security asset protection. Conduct and promote awareness on ethics compliances throughout the organization periodically</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Oversee and enhance the standard of third-party vendors in accordance with service level agreements and ensure adherence to Site Security Standards</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Contribute to SOPs and Policies of the Organization. Draft various representations and complaints.</li>
</ul>

<ins>Basic Qualifications</ins> 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">5-10 years Forensic work experience;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Qualified CA with working experience in Big4 forensic practice, Ethics Compliance in large corporations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience of case management managing WhistleBlower policy, ABAC policy compliances</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience of developing security and compliance documentation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience of analyzing data and intelligence to evaluate the severity and nature of risk to leadership and others and guide operational decisions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with vendor KYC/AML compliance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience of supporting and interacting with stakeholders and senior leadership</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) in a professional environment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent drafting skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Written and verbal fluency in English required with ability to present to the leadership</li>
</ul>

<ins>Preferred Qualifications</ins>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience working in ethics compliance/safety evaluation, training and compliance disciplines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently</li>
