Training Calendar:

<li>addresses the identified needs and aligns with business objectives.</li>

Content Development and Review:

<li>Create the training content and assessments to ensure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>they meet current and future training requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preferred candidate profile</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Candidate must have completed the graduate degree in</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>any relevant stream from the University recognized by</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) or UGC</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>(University Grant Commission)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Candidate must have completed or pursuing MBA or any</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>masters degree from the University recognized by AICTE</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>(All India Council for Technical Education) or UGC</li>
</ul>

<li>(University Grant Commission)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must have relevant experience in Retail / Supply Chainor Logistics</li>
</ul>

<li>The candidate for Bangalore Position, should</li>

<li>preferably know Kannada which will be an added advantage</li>

<li>Open for Saturday Working</li>
</ul>

<li>Open for working in Night Shift too, especially in cold MH</li>
