Key Responsibilities:

Accounting &amp; Compliance:

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate closure of books (monthly, quarterly, annually). Oversee statutory compliance including tax filings, GST, and audits.</li>
</ul>

GAAP Expertise:

<li>Ensure financial reporting complies with both Indian GAAP and US GAAP. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address differences in recognition, measurement, and disclosure standards. Support global consolidation and audit processes.</li>
</ul>

Internal Controls:

<ul>
<li>Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>

Stakeholder Management:

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, legal advisors, and government authorities as required.</li>
</ul>

Team Leadership:

<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.</li>
</ul>

ERP &amp; Process Automation:

<ul>
<li>Leverage ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) to streamline financial processes. Lead finance digitization and automation initiatives.</li>
</ul>

Strategic Projects:

<ul>
<li>Support the CFO/SVP Finance/VP Finance in M&amp;A due diligence, business expansion analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:

<ul>
<li>Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA with strong academic credentials</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>8–12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in leading finance teams in a corporate or mid-sized organization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders</li>
