<li>Identify and develop business opportunities for Zen products in international markets, particularly in the defence sector.</li>

<li>Actively promote Zen’s products to foreign customers, government agencies, and defence organizations (Tri-forces).</li>
</ul>

<li>Engage with key decision-makers in target markets, ensuring timely follow-ups and in-person meetings as required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Gather competitive intelligence, including pricing trends and strategies of competitor companies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Physical Visits for presentations, liaison to the channel partners and defence industries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Represent the company at global defence forums, trade shows, seminars, and exhibitions organized by SIDM, DDP, FICCI, CII, ASOCHAM, and other relevant entities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Indian Défense Attachés (DAs), Foreign Défense Attaches (DAs in India) and POCs in the Embassies for Defence Exports to explore and leverage business opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate visits of foreign delegations to Zen facilities and arrange high-level meetings with stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain regular communication with Zen’s international representatives, ensuring strategic alignment and market updates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage and drive end-to-end export operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations and industry best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Undertake any additional export and business development tasks as directed by the leadership</li>
</ul>

Requirements

Skills &amp; Competencies Required:

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in global business strategy development and execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of Défense export markets, particularly in counter-drone solutions and Defence or Security Training needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Expertise in contract negotiation and high-value deal structuring.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>In-depth understanding of government and Défense procurement processes across various international markets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent relationship management skills with Défense stakeholders, embassies, and government bodies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Willing to perform with Target based environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Willing to travel extensively.</li>
</ul>

Education &amp; Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>MBA/PGDM (Marketing/International Business) or equivalent.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Additional certifications in international trade, business strategy, or Défense procurement will be an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ex-Défense personnel with business development expertise preferred.</li>
</ul>

Experience Required:

<ul>
<li>10-15 years of experience in International Business Development, preferably in the Défense sector.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prior experience in global Défense sales, exports, and strategic partnerships is highly desirable.</li>
