Preferred candidate profile

<ul>
<li>5 years of experience in interior design or a related field. A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, KD Max etc.) and knowledge of materials, finishes and pricing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Expertise in Space-design (Style, Moodboard, Presentations)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design aesthetics, combining creativity, innovation and functionality and an awareness of the current design trends and resources.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Technology-friendliness: A keen-ness to work with the latest technology, to create designs, 3D renders etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Problem-solving: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and to have a client-first approach in problem-solving.</li>
