<li>Help customer in design network.</li>

<li>Scheduling and performing configuration changes on the network devices as per the business requirement </li>

<li>Knowledge and use of Network Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, senior level personnel, and team members.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good Communication Skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handle Severity 1 / Severity 2 escalations calls.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Following with TAC engineer for advances level troubleshooting Coordinating with OEM vendors to resolve the issue on time.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Raising the CR or ECR- Implement / assist in network implementations as per the requirement.</li>
</ul>
