Role &amp; responsibilities 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in job posting and sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and databases.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Screen Resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support the onboarding process for new hires</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers</li>
</ul>

Preferred candidate profile

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">1 - 5 years of experience in recruitment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong Communication and organizational skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work in fact paced environment.</li>
</ul>
