About the Role:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">This role manages the end-to-end employee lifecycle for full-time and temporary staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs and delivering a seamless employee experience.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">You’ll support cross-functional projects working with the People Operations and People Success teams, driving execution across key HR initiatives. Focus will be on compliance and audit readiness, managing statutory/internal audits and ensuring accurate, timely documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">You’ll also oversee data management and reporting, responding to stakeholder requests and enabling transparency. Through dashboards and actionable insights, you’ll help shape strategic decisions across planning and people processes.</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, rehiring, leave management, background verification, and exits.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure compliance with established SOPs and monitor employee lifecycle processes to meet defined SLAs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Implement strategies that create positive employee experiences at each stage of the employee journey.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Program manage key HR projects, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and successful outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage HR data requests from internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and auditors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage internal and statutory audits ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prepare dashboards and analyze reports to assess process effectiveness of key people processes/ areas and support data-driven decision-making. </li>
</ul>
Role Requirements: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on experience in HR data management, HR operations, HR projects/ program management, HR audits etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Highly organized and structured, with agility to navigate and adapt to ambiguous situations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery of HR projects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficient in Google Suite and advanced Excel skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills</li>
