<li>Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.</li>

What We're Looking For:

<li>6 months to 3 years of experience in field operations, on-ground marketing, or field sales.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Previous experience in BTL marketing, local outreach, or similar roles is an advantage.</li>
