Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads (no “managed through agency” stories).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven record of target-based performance &amp; scaling revenue.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Smart understanding of marketing funnels, LTV, CAC &amp; attribution models.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Comfort working in high-pressure growth environments.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM &amp; tracking tools.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Edtech performance marketing background (Study Abroad / Learning / Upskilling exposure is a big plus).</li>
