Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate influencer campaigns from ideation to execution and performance tracking.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencer partners and agencies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Monitor and measure campaign ROI using tools and analytics dashboards. </li>
</ul>
Cross-functional Coordination

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work closely with design, content, social media, PR, performance marketing, product, and sales teams to align influencer campaigns with brand goals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. </li>
</ul>
Brand Marketing

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, including both online and offline activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in content ideation, asset creation, and distribution across digital channels (email, social, web, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Contribute to GTM (go-to-market) strategies for new product/features. </li>
</ul>
Vendor &amp; Partner Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Scout and collaborate with external vendors and brand partners for co-branded campaigns and activations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage vendor relationships and ensure campaign success through tight coordination</li>
</ul>

Campaign Analytics &amp; Reporting

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and derive insights to optimize future initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain dashboards and present campaign reports to internal stakeholders. </li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or campaign execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficient with social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic marketing metrics.</li>
</ul>
