Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Oversee the conceptualization and execution of campaigns, digital creatives, video storyboards, landing pages, and event branding. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business goals into impactful visual communication. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Define and maintain the company’s visual identity, ensuring cohesive brand aesthetics across all channels. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage the creative workflow, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality output. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Review and approve key design deliverables; coach team members on visual composition, typography, and storytelling. </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to innovate visual storytelling for the brand.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and printers as needed. </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Oversee asset management and ensure adherence to brand and copyright guidelines. </li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">5+ years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital marketing creatives, and motion/infographics projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on understanding of digital/social media formats and visual storytelling for education brands. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent communication, feedback, and project management skills. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for mentoring a creative team. </li>
