Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drive recruitment drives and walk-in events across target locations</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle via Darwinbox, from requisition to onboarding</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with business heads for manpower planning and workforce alignment</li>
</ul>

HR Business Partnering

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Act as a trusted HR partner for assigned business units</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drive key people processes: goal setting, reviews, engagement, and development</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide resolution to employee concerns while ensuring adherence to company policies</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights for business improvement</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and leadership support </li>

What We’re Looking For

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition &amp; HR Business Partner roles</li>
</ul>

</ul>
