What the Candidate Will Do

<ul>
<li>Build and optimize Salesforce related functionalities for B2B teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and configure APIs with internal and 3rd-party cloud solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and ship reliable and well-tested features to our users</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, product owners, TPMs and other engineering teams to define project requirements, consolidated design and execution plans.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure that system designs, including APIs, architecture, and dependency selection, result in scalable, resilient solutions that minimize support costs and enhance the user experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain comprehensive documentation for the solutions, including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational support documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support QA efforts during implementations and rollouts of new system features.</li>
</ul>

Basic Qualifications

<ul>
<li>A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>At least 4+ years of professional experience in software development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce application development experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of Salesforce platform, its capabilities and limitations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in Object oriented programming concepts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with C#, Java, Go, Python, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handson experience with SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API. Including API design, development, and management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handson experience with Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, etc..</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Effective communication skills to interact with engineers, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, and describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Experience working with C#, Java, Go, Python, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, etc..</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with cloud &amp; Saas platforms, and hands-on experience with cloud-based integrations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Salesforce Certification for Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer is highly preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Enjoys solving complex business problems through innovative and technology-driven solutions. </li>
