Role description:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy &amp; execution plan/campaign</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels (primarily on LinkedIn and Google) to drive strong return on investment and efficient Click through rate and conversion</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic &amp; own media channels</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback &amp; present results.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on execution on paid platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, google AdWords, content syndication, retargeting, SEO etc</li>
</ul>

Role requirement:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with BPO is a plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights &amp; recommendations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">10+ years of experience in performance marketing roles </li>
