Preferred candidate profile:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Have minimum 6 years SAP/HCM experience, Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of SAP/HCM module and related sub modules.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have at least 5 ETE implementation experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Have advanced architectural knowledge of SAP.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of Business Processes in any kind of industry </li>
</ul>
Role &amp; responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HCM</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience on SAP human capital management modules including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience of SAP S/4 HANA.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good Working Knowledge on solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Activate Methodology.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Comprehensive Functional Knowledge in SAP HR and a thorough understanding of the customer needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Possess analytical abilities, communication and client Interfacing skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record in SAP implementation methodology and should have skills in implementing practical Business solutions Leveraging SAP Technologies. </li>
