Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deliver L2/L3 technical support for SAP BASIS infrastructure in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage SAP systems including S/4HANA, Solman, BTP, and SAP Web applications hosted on Azure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform system upgrades, kernel patching, add-on installations, and SSL certificate management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Administer HANA and Sybase databases, including backup, recovery, performance tuning, and space management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Execute BASIS operations such as system refreshes, client copies, parameter changes, job scheduling, RFC configuration, and SICF services.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle P1/P2 incidents with urgency and precision, ensuring timely resolution and de-escalation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor system performance, memory usage, and troubleshoot critical issues across SAP landscapes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of services in a 24/7 global support model.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track and report SLA/KPI metrics; ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members; contribute to knowledge sharing and team enablement.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay current with SAP technologies, tools, and industry trends; actively pursue cross-skilling opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in team meetings, service reviews, and operational governance forums. Prior experience in ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) will be considered an advantage. </li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Competencies

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration (5-10 years).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in managing S/4HANA, Solman, BTP, and SAP Web applications.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expertise in HANA and Sybase database operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Solid understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, and memory management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in managed service delivery and global support environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA/KPI tracking.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
