Key Responsibilities:

<li>Analyze performance data and define evaluation metrics to measure product and model effectiveness.</li>
</ul>

<li>Drive end-to-end product execution — from ideation, prioritization, and delivery to performance tracking and iteration.</li>
</ul>

<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure effective product positioning and adoption.</li>
</ul>

Requirements

<ul>
<li>5-8 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven organization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience delivering successful B2B or B2C products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA is a plus.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Exposure to AI/ML, Deep Learning, or data-centric product development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of model evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1 score, accuracy, etc.) and data quality frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or consumer product domains.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams to bring AI features to market.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or GA4.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience managing multi-region or global product rollouts.</li>
