Must Have:

<ul>
<li>Intermediate level of proficiency in the use of Windows operating systems.</li>
</ul>

<li>Working knowledge and basic proficiency with SQL is required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience to include WMS configuration and support in a distribution center environment with familiarity of RF systems and equipment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Basic level of proficiency in script writing shell is desired. WMS Support experience highly desired. Ability to sit for extended periods of time and ability to operate a computer keyboard. Detailed understanding of logistics processes and techniques.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Possess basic knowledge of PC and Server hardware.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Possess basic knowledge of WAN/LAN/WLAN technologies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Possess excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Be flexible, self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests to ensure timely response to the users.</li>
