Must-Have:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in IT Industry in managing requirements in multiple accounts as a MS Dynamics 365 CRM functional consultant</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Extensive experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis and mapping business requirement to system requirement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Extensive knowledge &amp; insights in Insurance industry &amp; customer base in the Europe and India.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical individuals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to drive change. </li>
</ul>
Good-to-Have

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have good knowledge in quality assurance of software implementation.</li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good at gathering functional and non functional requirement.</li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Extensive knowledge in waterfall and agile mode of software implementation.</li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understanding of TCS product and capability offerings. </li>

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Responsible for driving the requirements, analyzing and proposing the best solution to customer.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Responsible for the co ordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Responsible for requirement walk through with all the stakeholders. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagram. </li>
