Main Accountabilities

Market Understanding &amp; Strategies 

• Driving Supply Chain Finance business objectives through deep understanding of Industry and market trend by developing product and market related strategies 

Policy Implementation: 

• Drive the implementation of new policies and policy amendments, ensuring effective communication and training to all relevant stakeholders within the organization to support the growth of our SME finance business

Performance Tracking: 

• Monitor and track the performance of the SME finance business through comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports. Analyse key business and credit parameters such as disbursements, account numbers, fees, Portfolio at Risk (PAR), Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), productivity, and other relevant metrics.

Retention Strategies: 

• Devise effective corporate retention strategies and life cycle management approaches, especially in light of evolving regulations and market dynamics.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Explore and initiate strategic partnerships with external agencies to facilitate customer acquisitions and revenue generation.

Automation and Digitization: 

• Propose and lead initiatives for automation and digitization of all SME finance products, streamlining processes for efficiency and customer convenience.

Marketing Collaboration: 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing schemes and campaigns that drive business growth.

Product Innovation: 

• Drive the introduction of new SME finance products to achieve targeted portfolio growth, including innovative offerings such as Channel Finance/Working Capital Product/Factoring/Term Loans and other financial products.
Process Improvement: 

• Facilitate process improvement initiatives and retention processes, to enhance the overall customer experience.

Overall Team Development: 

• Identify training needs within the team and ensure that all employees across regions are well-trained on SME finance products and processes.

Compliance: 

• Ensure strict compliance with adherence to the company's policies, processes, and procedures.
