Key Responsibilities:

Event &amp; MICE Management:

Hotel and Travel Coordination:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage hotel tie-ups across multiple cities for corporate stays and events.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure cost-effective travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with travel partners/aggregators (e.g., Quest2Travel, online portals) for bookings and service delivery.</li>
</ul>

Vendor Management &amp; Negotiations:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for travel, events, hotels, and other administrative services.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead negotiations for IT and non-IT procurement to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and performance reviews.</li>
</ul>

Process Improvement &amp; Cost Optimization:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Continuously evaluate and enhance processes for efficiency and cost savings.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Benchmark market rates and industry practices to recommend best-fit solutions.</li>
</ul>

Compliance &amp; Reporting:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare periodic MIS reports related to travel spends, event budgets, and vendor performance.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, IATA, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5+years of relevant experience in corporate travel, events, and vendor management.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of travel management tools/portals is a plus.</li>
</ul>

Preferred:
