RESPONSIBILTIES

<li style="margin-left:0px;">To survey and assess the Claim Application and Making Reports/ Assessments for the losses</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To determine whether the Claim is genuine or not and ensure damaged vehicle is surveyed</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To process and settle the claims Negotiate total loss settlements utilizing company valuation fairly and reasonably to serve both customers and company needs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Regularly review customer policies and resolve coverage issues with speed and accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Issue payments or deny a claim in a timely manner in accordance with Policy conditions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in preventing losses due to insurance fraud, Repair vs Replacement, Negotiating with Workshop for Labour.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To handle customer/channel escalations</li>
