What you'll be responsible for?

<li>Business Process Analysis &amp; Optimization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analyze and document existing RCS business processes, systems, and operations to identify improvement opportunities, cost reductions, and new revenue streams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop business models, process flows, and use cases for current and future states, facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead process design and optimization efforts, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stakeholder Management and ability to manifest data driven insights</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, project managers, and Biz Ops to business analytics to unlock potential growth opportunities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing business needs with technical capabilities, and act as a liaison between business and IT teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Facilitate workshops and meetings to help stakeholders identify problems, understand needs, and guide decision-making.</li>
</ul>

Qualification and other skills
‍
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s in technology/engineering degree from Tier I institute in Computer Science, Electronics and communications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in telecom or RCS related projects preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of RCS technology, telecom business models, and digital communication trends is preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis tools, business &amp; business process modeling, and documentation standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the telecom industry is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>
