What you'll be responsible for?

<li>Lead the regional GTM for RCS and responsible for the growth, expansion, and adoption.</li>

<li>Achieve the assigned revenue targets.</li>
</ul>

<li>Subject matter expert on the RCS.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive the enterprise sales strategy on RCS with stakeholder support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Voice of the customers to adapt Kariz RCS offering to meet requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Active in industry bodies / forums and to be an advocate for the organisation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Define and build commercial guidance in customer transition to RCS</li>
</ul>

<li>BE / B.Tech + MBA</li>
</ul>

<h3>What you'd have?</h3>

<ul>
<li>3-5 years of enterprise sales experience in related domain.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to articulate and present to different working levels from management to engineers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to break down complex requirements and explain them in simple terms/schemes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong ownership of work and relationship with customers (internal and external)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills and structured daily work with attention to detail</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong collaboration skills and be a quick learner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>The ability to own your work and make informed decisions then drive them forward.</li>
