Key Responsibilities:

<li>Overseeing the team responsible for preparing the ledger.</li>

<li>Initiate the Email to vendor offshoots for the ledger statement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reconciliation upon receiving the ledger statement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reaching out to the vendors to obtain the ledger if there is no response from them.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Share the quarterly balance confirmation emails with the vendor and address any highlighted discrepancies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Remember to follow up with the procurement team regarding any statements that have not been received.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Engaging with vendors based on the findings of reconciliations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Details analysis of Discrepancies upon performing the reconciliation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Clarifying and resolving discrepancies through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Documentation of the resolution and rectification and update of the books accordingly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Closing of the reconciliation points post clarification and rectification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Obtain NDC (No Dues Certificate ) from the vendors post-closing the opening points.</li>
</ul>

Who is the best fit?

<ul>
<li>-6+ years of experience in increased responsibility in the full cycle procure to pay process, preferably with Ecommerce industries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of Accounts Payable functions including vendor set-up, invoicing, payments, statutory deductions , Vendor management etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Streamline the accrual reconciliation process and vendor management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong skills in process controls, MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ERP systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Customer-service-driven individual who possesses the ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in time-sensitive situations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Problem-solver who can identify and resolve issues including the ability to execute on automation and process improvement projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with supervising a team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.</li>
