Key Responsibilities:

<li>Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential delivery executives through various channels including job fairs, community outreach, BTL marketing activities and networking events.</li>
</ul>

<li>Relationship Building: Foster relationships with local communities, colleges and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Target Achievement: Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Experience: Happy to hire freshers and minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or gig hiring roles (Preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse candidates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing hiring needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Education: Preferably graduate</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Language: English &amp; Local language proficiency is a must.</li>
