Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential Delivery Boys/Bikers/Riders for SWIGGY INSTAMART through various channels including Field Visit, job fairs, community outreach, marketing activities and networking events.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Relationship Building: Foster relationships with local communities, colleges and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Target Achievement: Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: Happy to hire freshers and minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or gig hiring roles (Preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse candidates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing hiring needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: 10th, 12th and Any Graduate preferable ( Male Candidates Only )</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Language: English &amp; Local language( Kannada ) proficiency is a must.</li>
</ul>
