Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in the design and development of mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create and update 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (Creo/SolidWorks)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform basic engineering calculations and support design validation activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with senior engineers to modify designs based on test results and feedback.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams for design feasibility and prototyping.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain proper documentation of designs, revisions, and project files.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and design specifications.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum first-class degree (2024/2025 graduates are encouraged).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and mechanical principles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Internship or project experience in mechanical design.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of GD&amp;T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).</li>
</ul>
