<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.  </li>

<li>6+ years of experience data analysis, BI development, or related roles.  </li>
</ul>

<li>Strong SQL skills  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with relational databases and BI tools, especially Tableau.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to design and deliver data models and visualizations.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Actively validate and test your own work to a high standard  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of data governance, cleansing, and metadata mana </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with Git and version control.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure with testing frameworks.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of Agile methodologies.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Problem-solving and analytical skills.  </li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
