Role &amp; responsibilities

<li>Own full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positions</li>

<li>Partner closely with hiring teams to define role requirements and candidate profiles</li>
</ul>

<li>Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidates</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track recruitment activity and update applicant tracking system (ATS)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide regular updates and insights to recruiters and hiring teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future hiring needs</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>48 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and terminology</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple open roles</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with applicant tracking systems</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Experience recruiting across different technologies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with contract and permanent hiring models</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of basic HR and employment compliance related to recruiting</li>
