<li style="margin-left:0px;">Tool Mastery: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing across complex payroll engines, with mandatory hands-on experience leveraging ADP, Dimep, and UKG for specific country/regional payroll mandates.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Statutory Compliance &amp; Risk Mitigation: Act as the primary escalation point for complex compliance matters (PF, ESI, TDS, LWF), ensuring 100% audit readiness and implementing risk controls across all payroll processes.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">System Optimization: Drive process simplification and automation (RPA identification) within the payroll systems to reduce manual intervention and enhance efficiency.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Team Development: Mentor, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Payroll Specialists, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">810 years of progressive global payroll management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a large-scale, multi-cycle payroll function.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deep functional, configuration, and reconciliation knowledge of enterprise Payroll applications (ADP, UKG, DIMEP, PeopleStrong, CHRONOS (ASYS)).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or Commerce; advanced certification in Payroll/Statutory Compliance is highly desirable.</li>
</ul>
