Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Projects module including project costing, billing, budgeting, and revenue recognition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Configure Oracle Projects module components such as Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants, and Revenue Management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support project setups including work breakdown structures (WBS), task management, and project hierarchies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Finance, PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide functional expertise during implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist with testing (unit, system integration, UAT) and support issue resolution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare user guides, training materials, and provide end-user support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with technical teams to design and support reports, interfaces, and customizations related to Oracle Projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards within project financials.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS Projects module.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong functional knowledge of project costing, billing, revenue recognition, grants management, and contracts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with Oracle Projects integrations with other EBS modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, HR).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good understanding of business processes in project-based organizations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle EBS configurations and processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with Oracle RICEW components is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work in onsite-offshore or distributed team models.</li>
</ul>
