As a  Data Analyst you will be focused on:

In this role, primary  responsibilities  include:

<ul>
<li>Engage Business Stakeholders at all levels to identify requirements for current and future products through ongoing interaction.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analyze business processes and develop business flow diagrams and data flow diagrams to support system design and optimization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Data Profiling, mining, and data validation/testing to ensure data is fit for use by the business.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analyze complex datasets using SQL Server to identify patterns, detect anomalies, and uncover embedded business rules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead requirements workshops and User Acceptance Testing for new data, products and analytics solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate key insights and trends.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear and user-friendly manner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build strong business relationships that foster a collaborative and trusting approach and partnership.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Act as scrum master for the team and prepare detailed stories for developers.</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor degree in Business Management, Computer Science or any related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Master in Business Administration/ Information Systems/ Computer Science is an asset.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach challenges creatively.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to understand and make sense of complex datasets with a strong attention to detail</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to translate requirements to well-written user stories to bridge the gap between business and technology.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong business mindset with ability to collaborate with business partners to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to see big picture and then identify key areas for deep analysis to support sound solutions.</li>

<li>Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in life science or Biotechnology industry is a plus.</li>
</ul>

Technical Expertise required: 

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in writing complex SQL queries, data mining, data profiling, and data validation/testing;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst specializing in the Data &amp; Analytics discipline, preferably in a senior or lead role;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience organizing and running User Acceptance Testing cycles and training with business users and stakeholders;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with Data Visualization Tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experienced working in Agile Software Development Methodology. </li>
</ul>
