Key Responsibilities: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Responsible for managing and monitoring Accounts Payable and Travel and expenses processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure invoice processing, approval, payment, and T&amp;E policies are correctly adhered to and consistently followed across the business.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the Accounts Payable and T&amp;E period-end close, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Co-ordinate and execute scheduled payment run, ensuring invoices and reimbursements are paid on time.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, robotics, and digitalization. </li>
</ul>
  
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure strong co-operation with global P2P teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage monthly / weekly meetings with key stakeholders to review challenges in current process and determine and implement the changes and communicate to stake holders.   </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure services level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met. Monitor timelines and the quality of teams’ performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure process documents are maintained and kept up to date. Provide support for policy changes, accounting standards and guidelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handling internal and external audits.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Understand the stakeholder requirements pertaining to reporting requirements, data gathering, provide analysis, problem resolution and support recommending options.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support business process stakeholders on vendor master data processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Other duties may include special projects and system implementation, reporting and analytics.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Responsible for hiring, Training, and mentoring the team members towards their career development goals.</li>
</ul>
