<li style="text-align:start;">Coordination with Affordable Housing Loans and handling of Banking Ombudsman and CPGRAMS Complaints</li>

<li style="text-align:start;">Prepare and Vet necessary Legal documents/pleadings and Reply notices etc. for. Courts/ Tribunals and attend Arbitration and ODR platforms</li>

<li style="text-align:start;">Handling Cases Against the Bank and in favor of the Bank and Maintenance of MIS in the streams of 138N.I, Civil, Criminal, and Labour.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Maintenance of MIS with respect to criminal matters filed against the Bank officials.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">to make all effort and expedite cases filed against the Bank and to Make all effort to arrive at solution with necessary internal approvals thereby reduce the provisional amount.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Perform other Tasks as assigned by Head - legal as needed</li>
</ul>
