 Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Prepare financial statements including P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flows.</li>
</ul>

 Quarterly Closing &amp; Compliance

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Manage quarterly close processes and review journal entries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and timelines.</li>
</ul>

 Audit Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Strengthen documentation and control frameworks.</li>
</ul>

 Regulatory Filing &amp; Compliance

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Ensure timely statutory filings under Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Oversee legal and compliance obligations impacting finance operations. </li>
</ul>
 Process Excellence &amp; Controls

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and accounting policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Drive automation and digitization of accounting workflows.</li>
</ul>

 Stakeholder Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Collaborate with FP&amp;A, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Present financial insights and audit updates to leadership. </li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> CA qualified (2017–2019 batch) with 7–9 years of experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Strong technical knowledge in accounting standards and audits.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Experience in quarterly and annual closing in fast-growth environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Excellent analytical and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Start-up experience preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. </li>
