Key Responsibilities:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with creative, tech, and product teams to identify winning results.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Track and report campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards.</li>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, &amp; other performance channels.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign reporting tools.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understanding of lead generation, attribution models, and CRM integration.</li>
</ul>
