Key Responsibilities: - Obtaining License from IRDAI
 - Managing BQP registration, POSP agreements, POSP Data filing and Broker Code creation.
 - Timely filing of returns/disclosures to IRDAI.
 - Drafting of KYC, Grievance redressal mechanism and other policies.
 - Communicate &amp; arrange various data from Investors.
 - Various ROC Filing, like SH-7, DIR-12, MGT-6, AOC-4, MGT-7 Etc.
 - Drafting of Minutes, resolutions and preparing statutory registers.
 - Downstream Investment reporting with RBI.
 - Dealing with Bankers, vendors and authorities.
 - Drafting on various policies as required under various regulations.
 - Assisting in implementing the Compliance tool.
 - Single handedly working on obtaining an NBFC license.
 - Keeping track of FDI, FATF, and other updates. REQUIREMENTS
 - 7 or 8+ yrs. of experience after completing the Company Secretary
 - Experience in an NBFC/ INSURANCE based company is needed with focus on IRDAI licensing.
 - Knowledge of MS- Office, MCA, RBI, CIBIL, CERSAI and IRDAI.
 - Excellent articulation, communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Passion to work in a high growth environment in a high ownership numbers-driven role.
