1. Project Planning &amp; Execution:

2. Site &amp; Team Management:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor contractor performance, material procurement, and work progress.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Receive, scrutinize and certified Contractor Bills.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
3. Mivan Technology Implementation:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure effective Mivan shuttering and formwork utilization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Optimize aluminum formwork cycle time to improve project speed and efficiency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Train and guide teams on best practices for Mivan technology. </li>
</ul>
4. Cost Control &amp; Budgeting:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prevent cost overruns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review BOQs, tender documents, and contract negotiations with vendors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely payments and resource allocation. </li>
</ul>
5. Stakeholder Coordination:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise and coordinate with respective stakeholders for progress updates.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with the Purchase department regarding resources for the smooth progress of work at site.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with the Architects and Consultants for the drawings required for the smooth progress of work as per the schedule.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare progress reports and present project updates to senior management. </li>
</ul>
6. Quality &amp; Safety Compliance:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Enforce ISO standards, QA/QC protocols, and safety measures on-site.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct safety drills and ensure compliance with local building regulations. </li>

Key Skills &amp; Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">20+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong expertise in Mivan formwork technology and modern construction techniques.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of construction laws, contracts, and regulatory approvals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and ERP systems.</li>
</ul>
