Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring brand consistency and a positive public image.</li>

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders, securing high-impact media coverage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee the planning and execution of investor relations activities, including earnings calls, annual reports, and communications with shareholders and analysts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure that all PR and communication efforts comply with relevant financial regulations and disclosure requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Translate complex financial data and performance metrics into clear, concise messages for various stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate in engaging with shareholders, including institutional investors, and respond to their inquiries and concerns effectively.</li>
</ul>

<li>Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate any potential PR crises.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee the creation of compelling PR content, including press releases, media kits, articles, and social media posts.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong acumen to repurpose content to increase ‘larger than life’ stories on the Brand</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Plan and execute PR events, such as product launches, press conferences, and industry conferences, to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Developing a strong communication narrative and communication assets (messaging house, topic-based articles, other authored articles, quotes, boiler plates etc)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Establish KPIs for PR campaigns, track results, and provide regular reports to the CMCO and executive team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage the PR budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, Legal, Projects, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PR, such as media impressions, sentiment analysis, website traffic, and social media engagement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government agencies, to build and strengthen relationships.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and development.</li>
</ul>
 
Education and Qualifications :

<li>Master’s degree in PR &amp; Mass Communications</li>
</ul>
