Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor daily safety practices and compliance at the site. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Enforce use of PPE, work-at-height protocols, and safety equipment. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deliver safety induction, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and site staff. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain safety records including accident reports, inspection logs, and incident investigation summaries. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise with client safety representatives and statutory authorities during audits. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support EHS team in driving a culture of safety across all levels. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Certification in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute (RLI/CLI/State Board). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred. </li>
</ul>
Experience:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">8-12 years of experience in safety control in high-rise construction projects. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in reputed real estate or infrastructure companies </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with ISO standards, HIRA, and statutory compliance in construction safety. </li>
</ul>
Key Skills and Traits:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of construction site safety. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of work-at-height, formwork, scaffolding, crane &amp; lift safety. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong communication and training skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to lead safety drills and team briefings. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Detail-oriented, proactive, and assertive in safety enforcement. </li>
</ul>
