Qualifications:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of delivering 5 to 6 comprehensive residential turnkey projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, and skilled in creating effective presentations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong expertise in:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conceptual design (layouts, styles, mood boards)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Modular design (aesthetic and functional material knowledge, module planning)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Civil works and services (specifications and installation details)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experienced in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinating with various stakeholders. </li>
</ul>
