Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Edit short-form marketing videos such as reels, shorts, promotional edits, and brand-led visual stories</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support video production through basic footage handling, selection, and post-production edits</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate campaign concepts into visually compelling assets</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Adapt designs across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency and luxury aesthetics</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage multiple projects and meet campaign timelines with precision and attention to detail</li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in fine arts (BFA) or equivalent, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia.</li>
</ul>

Core BFA / Artistic Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drawing and sketching for concept ideation and visual storytelling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of color theory, composition, layout, and proportion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Mastery of typography and ability to create readable and visually appealing text designs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Aesthetic judgment and ability to create luxury/premium visuals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into designs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Attention to detail and precision in all creative outputs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to adapt artistic skills across digital and print media.</li>
</ul>

Technical / Digital Skills:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.</li>
