What You will do

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Handle the team and ensure all the processes are in a structural time frame.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure SOP / and if any new implementations related to process are placed as per regulations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate and set up meetings with intermediate stakeholders like M2P, Axis, Razorpay, in order to set recurring processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage end to end reconciliation processes and GLs for programs like- NACH, Cheque clearance, DD clearance, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage Team’s Issues and exceptions related to process</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Dedicated stuff required on decision making to handhold the process</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Regular interactions with 3rd party like- Rupay, NPCI team, Axis and other vendors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Vendor managements, Invoice validation, Billing services etc. has be handled in effective manner</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Update team and provide resolution to the customers via coordination with cross functional teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understand the Payment and PPI wallet programs and will be dedicated to programs, respectively.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Process checks and control points to be built along with the team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Basis on the experience, need to be pro-active in designing / structuring the new process </li>
</ul>
What you will need 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Any undergraduate/undergraduate degree (BE/Btech/MBA) with experience of 3-4 years.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent at Problem-solving, Decision Making and Critical Thinking</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Adaptability &amp; capability to learn new processes sooner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A good knowledge of SQL &amp; JSON will be an added advantage.</li>
</ul>
